Aura is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not permit minors to create accounts or use our service under any circumstances.
Age Requirement
Aura requires all users to be at least 18 years of age. During account creation, users must provide their date of birth. Accounts created by users under 18 are immediately terminated upon discovery.
Age Verification

- Date of birth is collected during onboarding and verified to confirm the user is 18 or older.
- Phone number verification helps ensure account authenticity.
- Our moderation team monitors for signs of underage users and takes immediate action.
Content Moderation
We actively moderate content on our platform to ensure it is appropriate and safe:
- Voice recordings and profile content are subject to review.
- Users can report inappropriate content or behavior at any time.
- Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
- Content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors results in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
Reporting Concerns
If you believe a minor is using Aura, or if you encounter any content that exploits or endangers children, please report it immediately:
- In-app: Use the Report function on any profile or in any conversation.
- Email: Contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Child Safety Report."
We take all child safety reports with the highest priority and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities as required.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Aura maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. Violations result in:
- Immediate and permanent account termination.
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement investigations.
